Hi, I’m Erin.

anyway, horses Founder / Content Creator / Media Personality / Rider & Trainer / Mother / Horse Obsessed.

Founder of ‘anyway, horses.’

Writer, creator, host, producer, and lifelong horse person obsessed with chasing dreams and goals in the horse world and with building a life that at its core, revolves around the thing I love most: horses.

I build stories around the people who build their lives around horses.

That is the heart of anyway, horses., and it is also the through-line of my own work as a creator. I have spent most of my life in the horse world, and much of my career figuring out how to tell better stories from inside it.

The kind that feel lived-in. Personal. Smart. Entertaining. Sometimes emotional. Sometimes funny. Always rooted in the reality of what this life actually asks of people, and why we keep choosing it.

I have always been fascinated by the lives that we build around our passion for horses The goals. The pressure. The money. The identity shifts. The reinventions. The horse show friendships. The confidence crashes. The way we will do anything to figure out how to swing the next entry fee, vet bill, or big expense that helps us get a little closer. The sacrifices, trade-offs, difficult decisions, and everything it takes to chase a dream and be in the pursuit of a life that centers around our passion..

I have been a rider since I was nine years old, and over the years I have been an amateur, a professional, a trainer, a sales barn owner, an equestrian journalist, a media producer, an on-camera host, and a creator building a public life around horses in real time.

That mix is what shaped anyway, horses.

It is not only a publication. It is an editorial platform, media world, and community built from inside the culture of horse people, for the people who understand how much of a life can be shaped by this one impossible, wonderful thing.

I know that world because I have lived a lot of versions of it, and I’m still chasing it

What I do in the horse world

CONTENT CREATION & EQUESTRIAN INFLUENCER

who I am as a creator

Alongside the ‘anyway, horses.’ brand and platform, I create as myself under the moniker Erin Lane Equestrian across the equestrian space.

My work sits at the intersection of horse sport, storytelling, lifestyle, personal experience, and the very specific reality of being a horse person trying to build a meaningful life around this world.

I share the process, not only the finished version.

The riding. The rebuilding. The decisions. The show life. The work behind the work. The conversations I cannot stop thinking about. The moments that make horse people feel seen because they are familiar, specific, and real.

That connection is the center of what I do.

People do not follow me because I make horse life look perfect. They follow because they recognize the feeling. The ambition, the humor, the doubt, the devotion, the constant recalculating, and the deep love for the horses underneath all of it.

why work with me

I sit in a specific place in the equestrian world because I have lived it from more than one angle. I’ve been the kid who wanted nothing more than horses, the rider trying to make the dream work, the professional building a business, the journalist asking the questions, the person behind the camera, and the person in front of it. That background gives me a real instinct for the horse world, not only the sport itself, but the people, pressure, culture, ambition, humor, emotion, and daily reality around it.

As a creator, my strength is connection. My audience is made up of horse people who are building their lives around this in one way or another: riders, owners, professionals, ambitious amateurs, industry people, and lifelong horse girls who understand how much of a life horses can shape. They come for the horse content, but they stay because it feels personal, smart, candid, specific, and lived-in. I care about making people feel like they are inside the conversation, not watching someone perform horse life from a distance.

For hosting, interviews, live events, reporting, and commentary, I also bring real experience in and around top sport. I’ve worked in equestrian media, produced and hosted educational and documentary-style projects, interviewed major names in the industry, and spent years paying attention to what makes a great horse person, a great story, and a great conversation. For brands, shows, events, and media partners, that means I can step in as a creator, host, interviewer, or public-facing partner with credibility, warmth, context, and a voice people already trust.

LEARN MORE

From fully integrated collaborative brand partnerships with the ‘anyway, horses.’ brand - such as title sponsorship of full seasons of the flagship docu-reality video series including collaborative naming, organic product placement throughout each episode, brand specific social cuts designed for collaborative posting, and more - to brand partnerships with me outside of the brand as a content creator and influencer on social media, to booking your next on-camera talent or live event speaker to bring top sport knowledge, a relatable and lived in feel, extensive experience, and a built-in engaged and loyal audience: there is a multitude of ways we can work together to offer value to this equestrian community we are all so passionate about.

Please note that brand partnerships and sponsorships are subject to discretion; my audience always comes first and I only work with brands, shows, and events that truly care about the horses, the people, and the community. My top priority is always to bring real value to my audience, and I do not water that down.

On the flip side, this filter also allows your brand, show, event, or content to get real traction with a trusting audience. My audience knows that if I represent something - whether through a brand partnership, content sponsorship, or as a media personality - that I stand behind it 100%. That level of genuine connection offers far more ROI and legitimate value than collaborations that feel like advertisements, or media work that doesn’t quite make sense from an alignment perspective.

A quick note on my on camera reel & resume: while I have extensive experience in front of the camera & on the mic for well over a decade and have worked with major networks, events, and production houses, the majority of that work has been done outside of the equestrian space, as you’ll see. In recent years, my focus has largely been behind the camera as Lead Producer & Director for clients like NOELLE FLOYD, Equestrian Masterclass, Karl Cook’s Walking & Talking, and more, as well as running a busy import, training, and sales business, riding professionally, and engaging with my equestrian audience on social media. Now that I have closed my barn to pursue ‘anyway, horses.’ and on-camera and social media work full-time, and have stepped away from the majority of my production contracts, I am ready to bring my skills and experience from mainstream media to the horse world with a bang, and to combine those with my deep passion for horses, horse sport, and horse people.
